Hi there!  Allow me to slate myself-- my name is Shelbie Mac.

 

My motto:  Perform to express, not impress.

 

By the grace of God, I am (primarily) a comedic and character actress in musical theater.

My performances are driven by my passion to bring sincere, meaningful entertainment that may enrich or uplift the lives of those who experience it. I am a naturally hard worker, with an ever-growing desire to achieve excellence in my profession.  Whether it be in performing or visual, there is nothing I enjoy more than creating art that is new and unique to my personality and interests; I cherish breaking originality.

A working visual/poster/scenic artist as well, my goal in whatever piece I'm doing--as artist or actor!--is to capture life, color, contrast, and character.  My scenic murals are consistently applauded in theatre reviews, drawing and transporting audiences into the world unfolding before them; my poster art has made it across the country and across the Atlantic.  If you would like to commission my art skills, please feel free to contact me with any questions of cost or product.  I am skilled in caricatures, oil paintings, wall murals, landscape art, abstract--many genres.  I work very quickly.
